Sol De Janeiro Brazilian Bum Bum Cream
This lotion is the best. It helps tighten and smooth the look of your skin. I love the smell so much, and it’s been my go-to fresh out of the shower lotion! I have heard they make a candle in this smell as well and I am determined to get my hands on it!
2. Summer Walker’s Album Over It
This album came out last year, but has been in heavy rotation this week in my playlist. It is not often that I find an album that I can vibe to every song on the track list. I like all of the songs on the album but the ones that I think deserve an honorable mention are:

3. Meditation
I’ve been taking the time this week to mediate in the mornings. I use the “Headspace” app on my phone to guide my meditations. Obviously, I’m extra and I purchased a meditation cushion. I linked the meditation cushion I use below. I aim for 10 minutes in the morning before I start my day. My goal is to increase this time over the next few months. Meditating helps to settle my energy, and focus my attention on the present moment. I also use the time to reflect on my blessings. This allows me start my day with gratitude and intention.
4. Goal Setting
I like to write down my goals daily as if they have already happened. I was writing them down daily in my full focus planner which I discussed in a previous 4 things post here. With all of my daily tasks, on top of writing down my goals, I was running out of space to write.
I stumbled upon this journal at Target a couple of weeks ago created by Rachel Hollis. I loved it immediately. It combined two things I do daily in to one journal, 5 things you are grateful for each day and 10 goals you are going to accomplish that you write out each day. I think she explains the process beautifully in the video above.
