Three weeks ago my gym opened back up, and I have been taking advantage of being back in the gym and working out Monday-Friday every morning. Between sweat and having oily hair, I have been having to wash my hair daily. Luckily I have the Dyson Airwrap which really cuts down on the dry/style time. I mostly use the curling attachments. I love the way it styles my hair. This item is pricey! I wouldn’t recommend it if I didn’t think it was worth the money!

2. Infused Water

I have been on a health kick this month, trying to lose weight. I remembered that in my “fit days” I would drink infused water. I got on Amazon and purchased the one above. I have been loving it. There are many benefits to drinking infused water including: appetite control, hydration, immune defense, and weight management. There are so many different variations of infusing your water. I have been keeping mine simple this week with just lemon and mint.



3. Kodiak Cakes Bear Bites

I was a fan of Kodiak Cake protein waffles and saw that they had come out with Bear Bites while I was grocery shopping. They have become my favorite go to snack. The honey flavor is my favorite!
