A weekly series of the four things I am loving this week!


  1. Slip Pillowcase

I only use Slip silk pillowcases on my pillows when I sleep. When you sleep on silk, delicate facial skin is more hydrated in the morning and hair becomes healthier over time. Cotton pillowcases also cause sleep creases, which go away later that day but can cause fine lines and wrinkles over time. I have a hard time sleeping so I like to make my sleep environment as calming and opulent as I can!

2. Light Blue Sun

I have been a fan of Dolce and Gabbana’s Light Blue perfume for well over a decade. A few months ago I came across their summer version “Light Blue Sun”. I love it, it has been my go-to scent this Summer!


3. Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself by. Dr. Joe Dispenza

This week in the car I am listening to “Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself. I believe in the power of our thoughts and being able to manifest what we want in our lives. This book goes into that on a deeper level combining the fields of quantum physics, neuroscience, brain chemistry, biology, and genetics to show you what is truly possible.


4. Quote

I came across this quote this week. Two sentences. So powerful. It really resonated with me. A reminder that it is ok to love but it’s more important to never lose myself in love.
